These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Distrozi LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Distrozi platform as well as any other media form, related channel, or mobile application related to it.

You agree that by accessing the site and platform, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the platform and you must discontinue use immediately.

To utilize our distribution or MCN services, you may be required to register with the site. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password.

• You must provide truthful, current, and complete information during onboarding.
• You are strictly prohibited from impersonating another artist, label, or entity.
• Any fraudulent metadata, fake artist names, or artificial streaming techniques will result in immediate termination of your account and withholding of unpaid royalties.

You Retain 100% Ownership. Distrozi does not claim copyright ownership over any sound recordings or compositions you submit to us. You retain all of your ownership rights in your User Content.

By uploading content through Distrozi, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to strictly distribute, reproduce, publicly perform, and monetize your content across partnered Digital Service Providers (DSPs) such as Spotify, Apple Music, and the YouTube Content ID system.

You represent and warrant that you hold all necessary mechanical and master rights to upload the content, and no content infringes on third-party copyright.

Distrozi attempts to deliver your music as quickly as possible. However, the exact ingestion time on individual DSPs is solely dictated by the DSP's active review policies.

Royalties: We will calculate and remit your accumulated net revenues on a monthly rolling schedule, typically 45-60 days after the end of the month in which the revenue was generated by the DSP. All payouts are executed via your selected payment method (Bank, PayPal, Crypto, Stripe).

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or our distribution networks.
